PTFE and other unique materials

We process parts primarily manufactured in PTFE (polytetrafluorethylene) and modern HighTech plastic materials. Materials, which are typically applied where use of metal is prohibited or where there are extremely high demands on the properties and resistance of the material. Examples of such places are the machine industry, pharmaceutical and food industry.

Acoplastic Ltd. has state-of-the-art and versatile production equipment. The equipment includes the latest model of CNC controlled machines to ensure precise tolerances, surfaces, quality and efficient operation conditions for production of prototypes, small and large product series.

Extremely low tolerances and delicate surfaces

+/- 22 µm and Ra<0,8 are a part of our daily routines. And it is precisely those tolerance requirements that make it possible for Acoplastic to be at the foreground, when it comes to machine parts in large series. Processing of parts is performed in our High-Tech production facility, which ensures a result with the best possible surface and unique tolerances.
