In connection with production of the parts, we have introduced a number of procedures, including ISO 9001, to ensure a high quality and traceability.
We continue to perform checks at all levels – during raw material manufacturing, processing and the finishing inspection – the check is verified by the relevant employee’s initials on the order.
We perform a finishing inspection to make sure that the customer receives what he ordered and that the goods are packed in accordance with the agreed shipment method.
As a dedicated supplier to large parts of the Danish as well as the foreign industry, we always go through the quality process in cooperation with the customer and in accordance with his/her described procedures. That is , we do not work only within the framework of one fixed quality system, we take into account a number of different procedures and sets of rules and apply the principle of the highest common denominator. Therefore, our products can often merge into our customer’s product lines without further checks.
Most of our customers use the finished parts in critical applications. Therefore, all recipes live up to the highest quality requirements – and confidentiality is a natural ingredient in our cooperation with you.
+/- 22 µm and Ra<0,8 are a part of our daily routines. And it is precisely those tolerance requirements that make it possible for Acoplastic to be at the foreground, when it comes to machine parts in large series. Processing of parts is performed in our High-Tech production facility, which ensures a result with the best possible surface and unique tolerances.
A lot of the parts are used directly in our customers’ product line. That makes high demands on our manufacturing process, where each single part is checked visually and mechanically before finally being approved.
